We got the house! Yea!! We’re so excited!!! Now we just have to sell our house. What a process getting a house ready for showings, etc. It’s one thing to clean your house but it’s TOTALLY different to de-clutter your house! Yikes! Ethan’s quite the helper too, when I put something away, he takes it right back out along with a bunch of other stuff. hehe, oh well.

We have until July 31st to sell our house (well that’s when we are closing on the new house) so please pray that we get a buyer ASAP so we won’t have to worry about 2 house payments. I’ll post pictures soon.

Well the house we put an offer in on (on Sandridge Rd.) fell through… it was outright rejected. Oh well. There were 2 other offers in on the house at the same time so we were in somewhat of a bidding war. Go figure… the house sits on the market for 9 months with no interest and then all of a sudden it’s like the hottest house in Bowling Green. Eh, oh well. God knew what He was doing b/c about a week later another house came on the market that was priced perfect for what we can afford, we took a look at it and I fell in love! I had never been excited about any of the houses we had looked at and this one seemed like it was perfect for what we had been looking for! We put an offer in on it the next day and now the contract is in the countering phase…. just trying to work out the details of a closing date! It’s not a done deal yet but it’s getting closer. We’ll find out in a few days where we stand and I’ll be sure to keep you all posted! Your prayers would be appreciated.
