So Cute Erin! You did such a great job on those! I love them!
Erin! These are GREAT! Yes-I’d love a bag! And two shirts for each girl! Tell me your prices! What’s your “store” name gonna be!? Girl-I can see these flyin!
I love all of the designs! I would like a purse and a diaper bag!!!!!!!!! I agree that you need a name for your “store”!
I LOVE them all! I totally want one of the smaller bags, like the one your mom has. Some of the really fun print w/ hot pink and lime green. How great you’re doing!!!
Those bags are awesome!! I got a sewing machine back in February and I’ve been too afraid to try it out … plus I can’t afford to buy any fabric right now … I have a couple patterns for dresses for Jaylen & Jordan, but I haven’t done much other than stare at them … hehehehe
And I LOVE the smock you made for Ryleigh … too cute!!
Ok, I know I never check your blog, but if I have a little girl you HAVE to make that little shirt for me. In fact I might have you make one for Hannah for next summer…..it is the cutest thing I have ever seen!
Erin – I was just looking at your blog and saw the sewing subjects so I had to check them out. My mom is an avid quilter and I have started to pick it up more now. She gets all the quilting mags and is very familiar with Amy Butler fabrics. I was wondering what pattern you used for your bags. I have made a couple simple ones that are just square with fold over tops to sew in the straps without a pattern and wondered which one you were using. Any interest in selling them?
HI Emily!!! Great to hear from you! Sorry I’m just now responding to your post. Thanks for checking out our blog! I’ve had so much fun picking up the sewing thing. I really got started because I discovered Amy Butler’s stuff and just loved it! The patterns I’ve used of hers is the Swing pattern and the In Town bags. I’ve tried to alter the Swing bag a little but I’m still new so I’m still figuring out how to add my own personal touches. I’ve used other patterns too and just adjusted them as I like. My goal is to sell bags… I’ve sold a few already… If you’re interested or know anyone who is send ‘em my way.
Glad to hear you’re doing well! Take care!
Erin
