Because I’m in a sharing mood :), I thought I’d share some great, EASY recipes I’ve been using lately. Enjoy!
Crockpot Chicken Soft Tacos
2-3 chicken breasts (I put them in frozen)
1/2-2/3 jar of salsa
1 4oz. can of green chiles
1-2 minced garlic cloves
Put all ingredients in crockpot and let cook 3-4 hours (high) or 8 hours (low). When cooked, pull chicken apart and serve with flour tortillas, cheese, & sour cream.
Easy Beef Stew
2-3 lbs. stew meat
1-2 packages of frozen veggies
3 cans of soup: cream of celery, cream of mushroom cream of onion or tomato soup
1 can diced tomatos
Optional: potatoes peeled and cut in bite size chuncks
In a roasting pan, put beef. Cover with veggies. Mix soups together and pour over all. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 304 hours. Meat will be very tender.

Ethan’s new favorite thing to do is play with playdough. My mom made some for him this weekend and now that’s all he wants to do. So I made some too, now he can play at home and when he goes to grandmas.

Here’s the recipe for those of you young mom’s that need a new fun thing to do during the day.
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Salt
2 tsp. Cream of Tarter
1 Cup Water
1 Tbsp. Oil
Food Coloring (optional)
Mix dry ingredients (the first three). Then add water and oil. Mix well. Cook over low-med heat stirring constantly. Cook 3 minutes or until mixture pulls away from pan. Place on level surface. Knead slightly until pliable. Cool and store in airtight container.
Mixture will be white. If you want all one color you may add food coloring at the time when you add water and oil. If you want different colors, break apart dough at the “kneading phase” and add different colors at this time.
ENJOY!
